I hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however should you wish to request a refund you have 14 days from the date of purchase.
Item(s) will need to be returned to me within 14 days of purchase. Please return the item(s) in the same condition you received them otherwise a refund may be refused. Please contact me with any issues and I will endeavour to respond with an appropriate solution.
Please note you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and we recommend you use a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival and you require an exchange or refund please contact me. I will cover the postage for faulty items. If you want to send a faulty item back to be repaired or exchanged I will be happy to cover the postage.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings are non refundable and anything that is made to your specific requirements ie bespoke items.

All items are handcrafted by myself, please allow up to two weeks for your items to be handmade, however if it is an urgent order please contact me to discuss.
Should you require a different shipping method there is an additional cost. Please contact me for further information.
Orders which are lost during shipping unfortunately I can not take responsibility for. Please request signed and tracked delivery if you would like to track your order. Email me to arrange.
